1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hx555 ("hx555", "we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to your use of the hx555 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at hx555.net.

By accessing the hx555 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the hx555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hx555 platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 or older. hx555 strictly prohibits access by minors. If hx555 reasonably suspects that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification and any funds will be withheld until verification is complete.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before creating an account or placing bets on hx555. hx555 makes no representation that its services are legal in your location. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited must not register or use the platform.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) hx555 account. Multiple accounts per person, per household, or per device are prohibited. hx555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate associated balances where fraud or bonus abuse is involved, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. hx555 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3. Account Security & KYC Verification

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hx555 login credentials (email/mobile number and password). hx555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication. hx555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code — sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number — in addition to your password at each login.

3.3 KYC Verification. hx555 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry compliance requirements. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear photograph of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back — along with a selfie. KYC must be completed before hx555 will process any withdrawal request. hx555 may also request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 Document Authenticity. You must submit only genuine, unaltered identity documents. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. hx555 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, domestic bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard where supported. Payment method availability may change without notice.

4.2 Currency. All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. hx555 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, hx555 requires: (a) full KYC verification; (b) at least one deposit made from the player's own verified payment method; and (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements to have been met in full. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day, subject to verification checks.

4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. hx555 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.6 Fraudulent Transactions. hx555 actively monitors transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime. Any account associated with suspicious payment activity may be suspended pending investigation. hx555 cooperates with relevant financial and regulatory authorities.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on hx555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. hx555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed following obvious pricing errors.

5.2 Sports Betting. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, hx555 will apply the rules specific to the relevant sport and market. For cricket betting — including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs — standard cricket betting settlement rules apply as detailed within the relevant market description.

5.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics conducted on camera by certified studio dealers. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the relevant hand, spin, or round may be voided and stakes returned.

5.4 Slot Games. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

5.5 Error Voids. Any bet or game result arising from a software malfunction, data feed error, or obvious pricing error is void. hx555 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified within each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.

6.4 Modification or Withdrawal. hx555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the hx555 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances where applicable, and may lead to legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in games, the cashier, or any other platform component. Any such exploits must be reported to hx555 support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or card game variants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from criminal activity or using hx555 to process proceeds of crime.
• Creating or accessing hx555 accounts on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false identity information, including submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Accessing the hx555 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Any action intended to defraud hx555 or other players, including fraudulent chargebacks.

8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

hx555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools directly within your account settings, without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Timers: Set time limits for individual gaming sessions with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses over a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from hx555 for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. Excluded players will not receive promotional communications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hx555 platform — including but not limited to the hx555 logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and interface designs — is owned by or licensed to hx555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hx555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any hx555 content without prior written consent from hx555.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hx555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the hx555 platform.

hx555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your hx555 account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

hx555 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

hx555 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the hx555 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KYC documents — including CNIC photographs — are stored with 256-bit encryption and accessed only by authorised hx555 compliance personnel for verification purposes. hx555 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments. hx555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the hx555 platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Termination by Player. You may close your hx555 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining balance (after deducting applicable pending wager obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method following KYC confirmation.

12.3 Account Termination by hx555. hx555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of hx555 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including those of Pakistan.

hx555 does not make any representation that the services it provides are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed. Players accessing hx555 from Pakistan do so on the basis that they have independently verified the legal position applicable to them.
